This phrase has been going over and over in my spirit during these last days of 2006. There are four main thrusts of this theme.

I AM your blessing FROM heaven in 2007

Jesus came to bring us life. He came from heaven to earth. He came to bring the life of heaven to the earth. He came preaching about the place He came from. He came preaching about the kingdom of heaven. He came and taught us to pray that the kingdom of His Father in heaven would come to the earth. He taught us to pray that the will of His Father would be done on earth as it is done in His Father's heavenly kingdom. He lived, exemplifying the ways and desires of the heavenly kingdom by healing the sick, feeding the multitudes, teaching and making disciples for his heavenly kingdom. He provided the way for sin to be removed from the hearts of men and from the earth so that His heavenly kingdom could fill the heavens and the earth. The heavenly blessings of Christ will, I believe, be increasingly manifested in the coming year.

Jesus died for us. He died with our sins on Himself. We, who have received Him into our lives, have been crucified with Him. Jesus has been raised from the dead and now reigns in heaven and from heaven over the spiritual powers that dwell in the heavens over the earth and over all the earth. Jesus has been made King of kings and Lord of lords. We too, the Bible says, have been raised with Him and are seated with Him in the heavenly places. We have access to the heavenly throne of God, to receive grace and mercy for all our days and needs. The Holy Spirit will, I believe, make us ever more conscious of our heavenly position and will make us more aware of the heavenly atmosphere and activities of heaven during 2007. We will have greater awareness and participation with the angelic hosts who worship God in heaven. We will be given greater awareness of the beauties of heaven and of the holy majesty of our great and glorious God as we have the reality of heaven revealed to us during the coming days. We will know and live in Paul's admonition, "If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth". Col 3:1-2(NKJ) Jesus prayed that we would be with Him where He is, so that we might behold His glory. (John 17:22) We will, I believe, experience in a greater way, the answer to His prayer for us in 2007.

We are saints of God. We are ambassadors of Christ. We are kingly priests of God. We are lights of God in a world of darkness. We are called to be holy as He is holy. We are called to do the works that Jesus did. We are called to be His prophetic voice. These are all things we have heard to do, yet we have had only limited experience in obeying them and becoming what we need to be to accomplish them. YET ALL THESE THINGS ARE ACCOMPLISHED FOR US IN HEAVEN. They are all available to us in spirit, in heaven. As God makes us more aware of Jesus having demonstrated His heavenly life on earth, as He makes us more aware of our life in heaven before His throne, as He imparts more of His heavenly life and ways in us, we will, I believe become more like Christ who lived in these realms. We will see and behold the ways and life and blessings of heaven available to us and able to be received by us, so that we too can bring the blessings of heaven to a lost and dying world. God will make us aware of our apostolic calling of knowing that we are "sent ones," as Jesus was sent. Jesus said, "As the Father has sent Me, I also send you." John 20:21(NKJ)

We will, I believe, become more aware of our eternal destiny, to rule now in this life, and to rule in the ages to come with Christ in the heavens over life and nations so that heaven and earth will become one in Christ in the ages to come. Jesus said, "And he who overcomes, and keeps My works until the end, to him I will give power over the nations--'He shall rule them with a rod of iron; they shall be dashed to pieces like the potter's vessels'-- as I also have received from My Father; Rev 2:26-27 (NKJ)

We will, I believe, become more aware of, dwell in, have imparted into us and manifest the kingdom of heaven in 2007. God in His mercy, will give us grace and truth to know Him and His kingdom. O Come, let us adore Him.
