Bishop West served as president of one of Nigeria's most vibrant chapters of Full Gospel Businessmen's Fellowship International and was its first National Director for training. He is president of Aba Christian Leadership Council and coordinator of Africa Council of Christian Elders. He has served with a number of churches and ministries and is Presiding Bishop of City Liberation Ministries.
